The LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests Monday night in connection to more than eight burglaries in the area, according to Sheriff Bruce Curnutt.

Brian Ford, his nephew Jason Ford, of the Big Cedar area, and Noah Wayne Burnett from Talihina are all being held without bond on 2nd degree burglary charges.

Sheriff Curnutt says a stolen gun from a burglary out of Mena was also found on the men. Investigators with Pope County will interview the trio in connection to burglaries in their county.

Sheriff Curnutt says someone called the Sheriff’s Office with a tip on the suspects after they recognized a tattoo on Brian Ford’s arm from a surveillance photo.

The three men are connected to burglaries at CJ’s Country Store, PJ’s Convenient Store in Monroe, Bobo’s Convenient Store in Cameron, Wister Lake Grocery in Wister, Tristate Automotive, tag offices, among others.
