West Fork Man Wins $1 Million In Lottery

A West Fork man won $1 million from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery on Monday.

Frank Karnes will use some of his winnings to pay off bills and the college expenses of two of his children, according to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Karnes works three jobs to provide for his five children. He bought the winning ticket for $20 from the Greenland Mini Mart.
