Crawford County Animal Control Issue Won’t Make November Ballot

A new animal control system won’t go to Crawford County voters.

Those in favor of organizing pet control failed to get enough signatures to get on the November ballot.

However they say they plan to continue to work for spaying neutering grants, animal education programs and encouraging officials to enforce existing animal laws.
