A Springdale couple is behind bars after an undercover police bust uncovered meth dealings.

Police arrested Dean and Rebecca Porter on Monday in connection with felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dean and Rebecca Porter are being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 and $3,500 bond, respectively.

Police said detectives from their District Drug Task Force conducted two controlled buys in which police were able to successfully purchase 2.1 grams of meth from Dean. The task force recorded the sessions on audio.

When officers searched the Porters’ home, they found 7.1 grams of meth in the couple’s bedroom, along with digital scales, several empty baggies, a meth pipe and 210 grams of a cutting agent.
