About 875 customers in the Greenwood and Hackett areas of Sebastian County are without electricity, according to Greg Davis with Arkansas Valley Electrict.
Crews are working to repair a feeder line at the Hackett sub-station, Davis said. They are still trying to determine what caused the outage and how to fix it.
Davis did not know how long it would take to restore electricity to the affected customers.
A Greenwood resident told 5NEWS that Walmart is also without power and customers had to leave the store.
