"The key to getting good abs and clean cut rips is to do the moves to the point where your abs are at exhaustion," said Mooney.
Gabby says you only need to work out your abs about three times a week. Let the muscles rest, and crunch them every other day during the week. Try doing four sets of eight for each move in the video.
