Six people were arrested in Midland on Friday in a drug bust involving thousands of dollars in methamphetamine and marijuana.

Sebastian County sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at 204 E. Lincoln St., the home of a man authorities had been investigating for 10 months in connection with meth dealing, said John Hicks with the Sheriff’s Office.

Hicks said deputies collected 43.5 grams of meth and 12.5 grams of marijuana during the search of the home. The evidence has a street value of about $4,500.

More than $4,200 in cash was also recovered at the scene.

The man living at the home was Fred Elmore, 50. Several suspected accomplices were also arrested, including Timothy Patrick Dugan, 49, and Patrick Mixon, 53. The three suspects face charges of possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, among other drug charges.

Talytha Brody, 42, and Merrill Peterson, 45, were also arrested on similar drug charges. Ashley Dunnigan, 29, drove up to the scene as deputies were carrying out the search warrant. She was also arrested at the scene on drug charges, including delivery of meth.

The suspects remained Friday night at the Sebastian County Detention Center awaiting bond hearings.
