Roland Police arrested a woman for pretending to be a doctor and dispensing medication.

Maggie Lockwood was arrested and charged with false impersonation and various drug charges on Thursday (Feb. 7), according to Assistant Police Chief David Goode.

Police began investigating the Roland Natural Health Clinic after receiving a complaint that Lockwood was seeing and treating patients. Lockwood has never been licensed through the state’s medical board, according to police.

Lockwood was taken to the Sequoyah County Jail.
