Sebastian County:
Fort Smith: I-540 Arkansas River Bridge reported to be iced over by dispatchers. Similar icy conditions also reported on Midland River Bridge.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution on Interstate 540 where construction and ice are expected to cause major delays.
Fort Smith Police also recently worked an accident on cliff drive near Old Greenwood Road.
Crawford County:
Van Buren: Ice reported on some bridges.
Alma: Arkansas State Police recently worked an accident on Interstate 540 North of Alma.
Washington County:
Sprindale: Arkansas State Police are responding to an accident on Hwy. 412 West.
Greenland: Washington County Sheriff’s cleared a rollover accident on Campbell Road just before 4:30 a.m.
Benton County: No accidents at this time, some slick spots reported.
Franklin County: No accidents at this time, some slick bridges reported.
Johnson County: No accidents at this time, some slick spots possible.
Scott County: No accidents at this time, some slick spots reported.
