An 18-year-old man fell from a bluff east of Mountainburg Monday evening, according to the chief deputy at the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
The man was hiking with friends and appears to have suffered a broken arm, Chief Deputy Jimmy Damante said. He also complained of abdominal pain.
The bluff is believed to be between 20-25 feet high, according to Chief Deputy Damante.
The accident happened on a bluff on Hickory Street off Highway 348.
