12 Men Arrested in Prostitution Sting

Twelve men were arrested on misdemeanor charges of sexual solicitation Wednesday (April 24) in Benton County, according to the sheriff’s office.

The arrests stem from a bust organized by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Division and Street Crimes Unit. Detectives placed an ad on a website advertising escorts.

More than $2,700 was seized, along with a vehicle.

At least one person was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to the sheriff’s office.
