A Springdale resident received minor injuries after being struck in the leg with a kitchen knife Monday (April 29), police said.
The man was injured at 3214 Singletree Ave. just before 10 a.m. but refused medical treatment, said Lt. Derek Hudson, Springdale Police Department spokesman.
The injured man had “a small puncture wound to his leg,” according to a news release from Hudson.
The victim told police his roommate threw a kitchen knife at him, and the knife stuck in his leg, Hudson said. The roommate, whom police identified as Dulunzo Johnson, 25, denied the allegation and claimed the victim had caused the injury himself, a police report states.
No arrest has been made in the incident.
