Tulsa police found an alligator inside a parked Jeep at the Tulsa Community College Southeast campus on Wednesday (May 1), according to a report from KOTV.

Police officers were called to the school after security guards found a male student passed out and slumped over the steering wheel of a car.

Inside the Jeep, officers found the 5-foot alligator in a cage with a rubber band holding its jaws shut. The student, who claimed he brought it for a class, was taken into custody on outstanding warrants.
