Springdale police are seeking a man suspected of stealing a pack of Marlboro Red cigarettes valued at $5.42 in burglary at a Harps Food Store.

The incident in the grocery store at 1945 Butterfield Coach Road happened on June 18 at 12:41 a.m., police said in a news release on Thursday (July 11).

Police are seeking a 6-foot-2 white male weighing 220 to 240 pounds, with red hair and beard, according to the release. He was wearing thick, dark-rimmed glasses, a black “Fox” T-shirt and red pajama pants, the release states.

The suspect was seen arriving at the store and leaving in a red Jeep with a tan or white hard top and a spare tire on the back with a tire cover the same color as the hard top, according to the release. The Jeep “may have some type of custom black metal front bumper,” the release states.
