Fort Smith police are trying to identify a white man who may be connected to a theft in the 7200 block of South T Street.
On July 9, a resident reported property was stolen from their vehicle parked in front of their residence overnight.
The suspect was captured on surveillance camera opening the victim’s car door and leaning inside the vehicle.
