Tontitown police are searching for a man they say was involved in a shooting Thursday morning.

Police said Austin Wenger, 20, fired three shots at the intended victim from his car before driving off. No one was hurt in the shooting, according to the Tontitown Police Department.

Authorities responded to a call of shots fired at 10:31 a.m. Responding officers found that no one had been injured, but there had been a domestic disturbance, police said.

Wenger allegedly fired shots from a pistol as he drove away from the location in a silver four-door passenger car, accompanied by a third-party woman who had come to pick him up, according to the Tontitown Police Department.

The suspect had previously threatened the intended victim with his two guns, police said. He was last seen driving the vehicle toward U.S. Highway 412 in Tontitown, police said.

Wenger pleaded guilty in February in a shooting from last year in which no one was injured. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and criminal mischief, receiving a three-year suspended prison sentence, along with credit of 96 days served in jail, according to court documents.

Police said Wenger shot at a man during a transaction over vehicle wheels and tires, in that incident.
