Arkansas Business and Best Companies Group partnered up to find out where the best places to work in the state are. In their first findings, many Northwest Arkansas made the list of twelve.
The businesses were named based on a two-part survey, the first part evaluated company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part surveyed employees to find out their feelings. This is what the survey found:
