A new study from the Centers for Disease Control illustrate the health benefits of kids walking or biking to school, instead of riding in a car.

Statistics show one in three kids are obese, by walking or biking kids can lower the risk of becoming obese.

It can also help improve cognitive and problem-solving skills.
