Sunday night’s season opener in Arlington had a little bit of everything.

Big plays. Even more blunders.

Dallas forced six turnovers including a 49-yard interception return for a touchdown in the final two minutes to knock off the New York Giants 36-31 at AT&T Stadium.

The Giants’ Eli Manning was picked off on the first play from scrimmage and that started the onslaught of miscues for New York. Manning threw three interceptions while the team also lost three fumbles.

Manning finished the game 27-of-42 passing for 450 yards and four touchdowns. Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks and Rueben Randle each had more than 100 yards receiving for the Giants. Dallas quarterback Tony Romo was 36-of-49 for 263 yards with two scores and an interceptions.

Jason Witten hauled in two scores for the Cowboys but the defense was the star.
