Van Buren Police are trying to identify a woman caught on surveillance cameras using a stolen debit card at businesses across the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas.
Police say the card was stolen from a residence in Van Buren on Sept. 17. The suspect was later caught on surveillance cameras using it at a Walmart in Fort Smith.
