The Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders’ Fall Parade of Homes begins Saturday, Oct. 5.
Twenty homes and two brand new subdivisions will be open for tours from 12-6 p.m. each day of the event. The homes feature the latest in energy saving building technology and the newest trends in home design.
The Parade entries, including the 2013 Showcase Home, 8915 So. 12th in Fianna Place, are priced from $117,900 to $417,000, and are located in Fort Smith, Hackett, Van Buren, and Lavaca.
The event lasts until Sunday, Oct. 13. The Showcase Home is open through Oct. 20.
