Starting today (Oct 21) through the third week of November, the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) is providing free, seasonal flu vaccines at mass flu clinics in every county in Arkansas.
A mass flu clinic is a all-day event in which the community comes together to vaccinate as many people as possible.
While flu activity is low right now, it is expected to rise in the coming weeks. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone aged six months and older get a flu vaccine every year.
