Van Buren Police Looking For Help In Armed Robbery

The Van Buren Police Department is looking for the public’s help regarding an attempted robbery that happened at the Pointer Express convenience store on Kibler Road, according to officials.

Police believe the robbery occured around 7 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 9).

Officers said a white male came into the store wearing a green shirt, dark colored pants, and a black beanie cap.
The man was in the store for only a few minutes before demanding money from the
clerk.

However, the suspect was unable to get away with any money from the store.
