Mulberry Family Safe After House Fire

A Crawford County family is safe Friday morning (Nov. 29) after their home caught fire.

Authorities said the fire broke out around 4 a.m. Friday at a home on Church Street in Mulberry.

A Crawford County dispatcher told 5NEWS that the family who lives in the home made it out safely.

Firefighters worked for hours Friday morning to put the flames out, according to the dispatcher.

No word yet on what caused the fire to spark. Crews on scene are continuing to investigate what happened.
