The constituents of Benton County should be making inquiries as to what “Judge” Clinard knew about the scandals occurring within the road department. They should also be asking those who were penalized the same questions.

Seriously joesumone? The judge didn’t know what was occurring over there. You ignorant people need to quit assuming that all government officials are in some way, shape or form corrupt. There are still good people out there, and Judge Clinard is one of them.
