Fayetteville Police Department Releases Drug Task Force Stats

The Fayetteville Police Department, as a participant in the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force, released a report showing there were 68 drug-related arrests in January, according to Police Chief Greg Tabor.

Below is a breakdown of the January arrests:

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor): 24

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia  (Misdemeanor & Felony): 11

Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver (Misdemeanor & Felony) : 14

Possession of a Controlled Substance  (Felony): 14

Delivery of a Controlled Substance  (Felony): 3

Manufacturing a Controlled Substance (Felony): 2

    No, the DTF is county wide. They say technically Fayetteville police can pull you over anywhere in washington county. I’ve been stopped by a fayetteville marked Tahoe in Tontitown. These may be stats for city arrests but where is the total stats?
