A school in Connecticut is taking Valentine’s candy out of Valentine’s Day.

According to WJW, the principal emailed parents telling them to keep candy off of the cards students exchange.

The message said the school was working to encourage healthy practices and was also trying to limit choices in the presence of students with allergies.

Some teachers were going to allow “healthy snacks” while others wanted to keep all food out of their classroom.

As a token of good faith and staunch leadership, shouldn’t the teachers there set the example by banning all sugary foods and caffeinated drinks from the teachers lounge?

After all, what’s good for the goose, should be good for the gander.

Sorry but libs don’t operate that way. They want you to do as they SAY not as they DO. For instance, you don’t see obumma cutting back on his million dollar vacations or moochelle’s 12,000 dollar dress for income equality purposes do you?
