It can be hard to keep up a healthy routine with the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In this Best Start segment, Dr. Susan Averitt shows how you can keep your family healthy by using an easy-to-remember numerical device; the '5210 rule.'

5 - Five servings of fruit and vegetables each day.

2 - Two hours or less of 'screen' time each day. Being glued to your iPhone or TV can lead to a sedentary lifestyle.

1 - One hour of exercise each day.

0 - Zero sugary drinks. They are full of empty-calories and can zap you of useful energy.

By using this rule, your family will be on its way to better health in no time.
