LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Fire

The LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a fire that claimed the lives of three people just outside of Whitesboro, OK on Monday (March 3), according to a post on their Facebook page.

The bodies of three persons were found in the burned residence on Lenox Place just east of Whitesboro.

They were sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for identification.

Currently, the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma State Fire Marshall’s Office are investigating the fire.

At this time, the names of the persons believed to have died in the fire are not being released pending identification.
