A man with a truck and camper held up a state ferry line Tuesday night, refusing stop vehicle until he spoke with Gov. Jay Inslee, witnesses said.
The unidentified man lead police on a “low speed chase” in circles the Coleman Dock at around 10 p.m.
The night ferry to Bainbridge Island was delayed for a brief time, but opened again at 10:48 p.m. The man was arrested shortly before 11 p.m.
