Arkansas has ranked at 31 out of 50 states and the District of Columbia in a list titled the “Best & Worst States to be a Taxpayer,” according to Wallet Hub.
The list looked at factors like average annual state and local rates.
According to the list, Wyoming is the best state to live in with the lowest amount of annual state and local taxes.
Oklahoma ranked at 20 on the list.
