Anthlon Bell waited for the postseason to start before he had a career night.

The Arkansas guard was 11-of-13 from the field and scored a career  high 25 points as the Razorbacks rolled past Indiana State, 91-71, in the opening round of the NIT.

Bell scored Arkansas’ first 10 points and finished 6-of-8 from 3-point range. Arkansas (21-11) had six players in double figures including Alandise Harris who had 13.

The Sycamores rallied to tie the game at 29 late in the first half but Arkansas used an 8-2 run to close the first half to pull away for good.

Arkansas’ pace of play took it’s toll on Indiana State in the second half as the Sycamores were outscored 54-40 after halftime.

The Razorbacks will face the winner of California-Utah Valley in the second round of the NIT. Arkansas would host Utah Valley but would travel to Cal if the No. 2 seed Bears win on Wednesday.
