Two Johnson County Teenagers Injured In A 4-Wheeler Accident

Two teenagers from Johnson County were injured at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday (April 1) when a 4-wheeler they were riding flipped over, according to a news release from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.

The teens, both males, age 13 and 14 were attempting to climb a levee in the Hartman bottoms when the 4-wheeler flipped over on them near the top of the levee.

Deputies, first responders and the Coal Hill Fire Department responded to the accident.

both teens were airlifted by separate helicopters to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock with broken bones and possible internal injuries, according to the news release.
