Naturals To Host ‘Strike Out Stroke Night’ On Thursday, April 10

The Naturals will host “Strike Out Stroke Night” on Thursday (April 10) at the Arvest Ballpark in Springdale, according to a news release Wednesday.

“A helicopter will land with Strike the Sasquatch, the Naturals’ mascot, to deliver the ball for the first pitch of the home season opener. Stroke education booths will be set up, and brain-shaped stress toys will be thrown into the stands. Stroke survivors will be honored,” the news release states.

The helicopter will land at 6 p.m. on the ball field, and at 6:05 p.m., the game will start.

The news release states, “The event is sponsored by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences-led AR SAVES (Arkansas Stroke Assistance through Virtual Emergency Support) program and hosted by the Northwest Arkansas Naturals.”
