After two games of falling short, the Arkansas offense exploded at Box Stadium.
The Razorbacks scored four first inning runs en route to a 10-4 win over No. 8 LSU in the series finale. The Tigers took the series 2-1 as Arkansas now sits at 7-8 in the SEC.
Redshirt freshman Blake Baxendale, a Rogers Heritage product, led the Hogs offense as he drove in five runs, including a first inning grand slam.
Chris Oliver (4-3) picked up the win for Arkansas as he threw seven innings while allowing four runs but did walk seven. Eric Fisher homered for the third straight game and now has a team high five for the season.
Arkansas is set to start a nine game home stand, starting on Tuesday as they host Stephen F. Austin.
