The vehicle became submerged in the water, and Berry died. No one else was in the vehicle, according to the crash report.

Police said four people were injured in the minivan Berry hit. Those injured included driver Anita Joyce Berry, 60, and three passengers, Jerry Berry, 66, Amber Goad, 19, and Christopher Goad, 17, according to the crash report.

Everyone injured is from Little Rock.

Conditions were wet and rainy at the time of the fatal wreck. The crash report does not state whether those involved were wearing their seat belts.
