Brian Lester, a Fayetteville lawyer seeking the open Division I Circuit Court seat in Washington and Madison counties, appeared on "5NEWS This Morning" on April 27, discussing his campaign. He also talked about the penalties that juveniles could face if convicted of a felony in a school bomb threat.
Lester's opponent in the May 20 election is Doug Martin, the Circuit judge in Division II. Since Martin was appointed by Gov. Mike Beebe to that post, he cannot seek election in Division II.
