A drive-by shooting took place in Fort Smith this afternoon at approximately 3 p.m., according to Sgt. Grubbs of the Fort Smith Police Department.
The shooting took place at the 3800 block of Towson Avenue.
No injuries were reported. The victim and suspect reportedly left the scene, according to Grubbs.
A vehicle was struck at least three times with what appeared to be a .40 caliber gun, due to shell casings found on the scene, according to Grubbs.
The case is still under investigation.
