It’s a feat to be accepted into an Ivy League school, it’s an even bigger feat to be accepted into all eight of them. That’s the story for 17-year-old Kwasi Enin of New York. Enin scored 2,250 out of 2,400 on his SAT and was accepted to Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale.

Enin, the son of nurses who emigrated to the United States from Ghana in the 1980s, announced he has chosen Yale to further his education. Enin, a violinist, plans to study music and medicine. He told members of the press Yale’s music program helped sway his decision.
