A damage assessment shows the tornado that ripped through Central Arkansas damaged 825 homes.  That’s according to a tweet from Governor Mike Beebe.

Of the 825 homes, 337 of them were destroyed, including 308 homes in Faulkner County.

Arkansas has requested FEMA add Independence, Pulaski, Randolph and White Counties to the federal disaster declaration, Beebe said.

The twister killed 15 people in Central Arkansas.  The National Weather Service on Wednesday (Apr. 30th) rated the tornado a high-end EF4.
