Barling Police said a white pickup truck crossed the center lane on Highway 59, hitting two other vehicles head on. A fourth vehicle then struck the white pickup truck.

Barling Police said two males and two females were transported by ambulance to Fort Smith hospitals. Their conditions and names have not been released.

The crash happened about 3:00 p.m. in front on the bridge. The bridge was reopened about 4:00 p.m.

Police said the driver of the pickup truck will likely be cited, but at this time is not facing any charges.
