Waldron city administrators have issued a precautionary boil order for part of the city, after a water main broke Wednesday.
Workers repaired the water main break, but all households and businesses south of the railroad tracks in the city are under a precautionary boil order that will likely last until Friday, according to Waldron’s water department.
Water department employees will pull samples by Thursday and hope to have the results back Friday to determine if the water is safe, according to the city.
