The truck driver that was charged in an automobile accident that left one person dead and three others critically injured, including actor Tracy Morgan, had not slept in more than a day, according to affiliate station WCBS.

Kevin Roper, 35, of Jonesboro, Ga., is facing a number of charges, including death by auto, in connection with a large accident on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning (June 7), WCBS reported.

Roper was operating the truck, “without having slept for a period in excess of 24 hours,” according to WCBS.

Funny how you’ve removed any reference to Wal-Mart in your story (considering it was one of their drivers).
How much were you paid to take their name out of it?

What difference does it make what company the guy drove for? He could have been driving for a dog food company and fallen a sleep.

You obviously are an anti-walmart wacko with nothing else to do.

How often do people get charged with death by auto and assault by auto, and not to discount anyone’s life, but would a person serve time for this if it had not involved a celebrity? I know it would not be all over the news. Of course, all life is important, but how often do people serve time over this charge? I’ve known people who had accidents and someone milked, but they were not charged with death by auto, nor did they serve time. Just curious.

No mention of Walmart? No problem. The liberal media is making a circus out of the tragic accident. PMSNBC is pushing to have Walmart investigated for their transportation regulations and breaking thereof.

WM will pay a lot of $$$ for this accident. My question is. Will WM executives still get mega bonus’ this year?
