Scott Fights Off Challenger To Retain County Commissioner Seat

LeFlore County, Oklahoma, commissioner Ceb Scott fended off a challenge from Roger Cheek on Tuesday to retain the commission seat.

Election results showed Scott received 1,059 votes (60 percent) to Cheek’s 716 (40 percent).

Cheek, of Heavner, was trying to claim the District 3 seat from fellow democrat Scott, of Hodgen.
