LITTLE ROCK (KTHV) – A controversial farm close to the Buffalo River has environmentalists in Arkansas considering a ban, according to affiliate station KTHV.
Some Arkansas residents have expressed concerns that waste from C&H Hog Farm could possibly flow into the river, KTHV reported.
This has led the Pollution Control and Ecology Commission to consider banning future medium and large hog farms that are close to the watershed, according to KTHV.
