VAN BUREN (KFSM) - The Summit Medical Center helped out a University of Arkansas Medical Center Medical Applications of Science for Health program that started on Monday (July 15).
River Valley high school students got to attend multiple sessions and get up close with jobs in the field of medicine.
The program lasts for two weeks and gives students the opportunity to hear from experts in a wide variety of medical fields.
