Cattle Get Loose Near Highway In Benton County

SILOAM SPRINGS (KFSM) – Some loose cattle caught the attention of law enforcement in Benton County on Monday night, as the animals made their way toward a local highway.

Benton County Sheriff’s deputies responded around 7 p.m. to Davidson Road near Arkansas 59 in Siloam Springs, in reference to a call of a bull and a few cows that had gotten loose. The animals were heading toward the highway, authorities said.

The owner corralled the cattle back onto his property, and no one was hurt. There was no reported property damage, Benton County emergency officials said.
