According to Fayetteville Police dispatch, a white pickup and a possibly black pickup collided on Wedington Drive around 12:20 Sunday afternoon.
Police said the road was blocked going east towards I-49 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
They said it was unclear how many people were in the two vehicles, but they said no injuries were reported.
As of 1:15 p.m., the vehicles were moved off the roadway, but officers on the scene were parked near Wedington motioning for drivers to slow down near the accident.
