MULDROW (KFSM) – Authorities arrested a Muldrow man on Wednesday (Aug. 27) in a child pornography investigation, according to a news release.
Kaelyn L. Sharp, 31, had a search warrant executed at his residence in Muldrow, and the search resulted in investigators finding numerous video clips of what is believed to be child porn, the release states.
The Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office got a tip from the Department of Homeland Security about possible downloading and distribution of child porn. After they received the tip, they obtained a search warrant for Sharp’s residence.
Sharp was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail and faces charges of possession and distribution of child porn, the release states.
Involved in the investigation were deputies from the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office, the Muldrow Police Department, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security, according to the release.
Sharp is being held without bond, the release states.
