Chick-Fil-A Founder Dead At 93

(CNN) – Chick-Fil-A founder Truett Cathy passed away just after midnight on Monday (Sep.8th) surrounded by loved ones,
this according to a statement issued by the fast food chain.
Cathy’s business began near Atlanta in 1967, eventually growing to become one of the nation’s largest restaurants.
Crediting his deep Christian faith, Cathy always insisted all Chick-Fil-A Restaurants remain closed on Sunday’s.
The company is still privately held by the Cathy family with Cathy’s son Dan was named CEO last year.
Cathy was 93 years old.
